3-Year Limited International BERING Warranty

BERING watches are covered by a 36-month Limited International Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty is valid in countries where BERING products are officially sold or distributed by BERING or authorised BERING retailers.

The warranty does not cover battery, glass, crown, wrist straps or bracelets, decorative elements or jewellery elements. Normal wear and tear as well as damage caused by improper use, accidents or unauthorised repairs are also excluded.

To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase and/or a correctly completed BERING guarantee certificate is required.

For defects covered by the warranty, BERING may, at its discretion, repair the product or replace it with an identical or comparable product.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Your statutory rights against the seller in the event of defects exist independently of this manufacturer’s warranty, can be exercised free of charge and are not limited by the BERING warranty.

2-Year Limited International BERING Warranty

BERING jewellery is covered by a 24-month Limited International Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty is valid in countries where BERING products are officially sold or distributed by BERING or authorised BERING retailers.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to normal use, improper use, negligent handling, accidents, or third-party repairs. Furthermore, natural tarnishing, oxidation, and usual or unavoidable material-related deviations in quality, colour, size, finish, and design are excluded.

To make a warranty claim, an invoice and/or a correctly completed BERING guarantee certificate is required.

For defects covered by the warranty, BERING may, at its discretion, repair the piece of jewellery or replace it with an identical or comparable product.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Your statutory rights against the seller in the event of defects exist independently of this manufacturer’s warranty, can be exercised free of charge and are not limited by the BERING warranty.
